Relax
One of my favorite yoga moves is savasana or corpse pose. That one where you lay flat on your back at the end of a hard yoga session and just breathe. But, no matter where I was, there was still lots of tension in my body.
Our instructor would direct us to "take your tongue off the roof of your mouth and soften your jaw. Work your way up from your toes and allow each part of your body to relax."
It is amazing how much tension and stress we hold in our face.
