The Ones We Love

A long time ago, a friend once listened to me rant on and talk poorly about my (then) husband. As she listened, she gave me a bit of advice that I felt irrelevant to the topic, but very much relevant. She said, 

"Don't talk poorly about those that you love."

You see, we watch tv and movies and we watch these groups of women go on and on about how horrible their marriages are. For what we manifest in our minds, and say out loud, becomes our reality. That's not to say there won't be problems and issues we need to address and discuss with others. Be careful about the way that you address them.

Speak positively about the ones that we love.
